Is your pet on Heartworm preventative?   Heartworm disease is a damaging and sometimes
deadly disease that can be prevented.  Heartworm disease is a prevalent disease in Nebraska.

neighborhood stroll? Then its a good idea to get them permanently identified by implanting a
Microchip. It is a program in which the Nebraska Humane Society of Omaha participates in
as well.

Spring is in the air!
Tick-Tock-Tick!!!  You guessed it!  We are officially in Tick season & Flea season so
make sure that your pet is adequately prepared by calling in for a prescription of tick and
flea preventative.

Are you planning on kenneling your dog?  Did you know that when you kennel your dog, the
kennels require a
Kennel Cough or Bordetella vaccination prior to attending.  This
vaccination lasts for up to 6 months, and must be given a minimum of 3 days prior to going to
the kennel to be fully effective.
